3. Spot the opportunities
Try to be as perceptive as possible when speaking to a customer. Spot when and what they’re struggling with and capitalise on it right away by offering a service to help. Remind them of your additional services on every call.
4. Objection Handling
Remember the benefits. If the customer contests the price of a service explain the benefits and the work that goes into that service. Justify the price. What are the most common objections when upselling? Plan how you’ll respond to objections in advance so you’re prepared.
